Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Trackable service
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear and briefs unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped. This includes all products from our “Underwear” and “Briefs” categories.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete our Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our warehouse address (provided in your approval email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):

  • We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your request what you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs
